This Homearama Charlotte 2011 home was created as a new home from the ground up. Every square foot was considered and the livability of the home was paramount. The home was designed for a family with teenage kids and parents who would soon be empty nesters. The challenges of  this design are exactly what Houghland Architecture does well with.  Gray Houghland, principal, discuss some of the uniqueness of the home and how it will serve both family situations well.
