What Makes Evans Coghill’s Homearama Home Unique?

No More Outlets in Backsplash

You know that situation where you have a great looking backsplash in your kitchen but it can get cluttered with random outlets? We have fixed that problem in the Homearama Charlotte 2011 home. The backsplash is a 1×2″ tile in an Indian Autumn color.  Homearama Charlotte 2011 will be in Baxter Village beginning October 8, 2011.  We look forward to seeing you.

Advanced cellular PVC sashes have replaced my wood sash. Double pane glass with heat reflecting films and special gas filled chambers have replaced my simple single pane window. Testing and rating systems have been developed to verify...

This home uses 50% less energy for heating and cooling than a typical home built to 2004 building code.  That is a substantial savings! This savings is achieved from lots of factors but it begins with how the house is framed. It is now believed  that certain framing methods could increase the heating and cooling cost of the home.  There is science called Advanced Framing that works towards building in energy...
