Many braved the rain for the first Realtor Day at Homearama Charlotte this week. We were glad to see you. For all the other agents who couldn’t make it, there has been a second Realtor Day at Homearama Charlotte scheduled for Wed Oct 19th. The front porch floor was installed recently on the Homearama 2011 home. Typically, this likely would not be very noteworthy. But in this case it is because of the material we used on the floor. It is Aeratis flooring – a prefinished PVC porch floor that looks like real wood and last longer! Used to be flooring was milled from the finest of woods strengthened by decades of growth. You know that situation where you have a great looking backsplash in your kitchen but it can get cluttered with random outlets? We have fixed that problem in the Homearama Charlotte 2011 home. We have installed these really cool outlets in the kitchen. These outlets go under the cabinets and not in the backsplash. The backsplash is left clear of the outlets. The backsplash is a 1×2″ tile in an Indian Autumn color. Homearama Charlotte 2011 will be in Baxter Village beginning October 8, 2011. We look forward to seeing you.
